Antique Queen Anne style maple lowboy. A rectangular molded top with banded border decoration rests over a case with one long drawer over three short drawers. The top long drawer is fitted with two brass escutcheons fitted with swing handles flanking a central brass key escutcheon. Underneath are a pair of tall drawers flanking a central short drawer, all fitted with brass swing handles. There is a wonderfuly scalloped apron under the case which all rests on four cabriole legs terminating in hoof form feet.
Dimensions: 32"H x 37 3/4"W x 21 3/4"D
Condition: There is no key present. There are several areas of wear including scuffing and scrachtes along with surface losses to the finish. There are also wonderfully carved spiral shaped decoation to the upper legs and one has broken off but is with the lowboy. The break can be seen in the lot images and could likely be repaired and reaffixed. Although there are some condition issues present this is a wonderful lot that presents very well and just need a little restroation.
