Antique Iron Age I (1200 B.C.E.) pottery bowl, potted with a wonderful iron red hued earthenware sits on a well established circular foot ring and has gently sloped walls that rise to about the mid waist when they abruptly turn upwards.

Condition: There is a white residue that can be seen to the exterior, possibly a painted finish that is wearing or other condition related to it's age. There are also what appears to be old restoration of the lip of the bowl which appears to have an inch long segment that has been re affixed as well as some possible old restoration to the interior walls. Despite the old restoration the bowl presents very well and is in stable condition. Perfect as a display item and with it's iron red color the bowl presents well.
