Item Description
A rare and notable antique French stand with rectangular top with canted corners, over an apron with each corner decorated with carved and gilt leafy masks. The apron with a single flush drawer (with a key). Raised on wonderful tall furry antelope legs with gilt hoof feet. Mounted on a conforming lower shelf as the base with a large carved and gilt urn form finial.
L. 25 1/2", Depth 18", H. 29"
Condition:Stable age cracks to the top, apron, and base, stains on the base, some wear to the gilt hooves and gilt loss to the Mask mounts, all mentioned for accuracy as the Table presents exceptionally well.
