Antique ebonized travel desk with hand-painted figural landscape cameo, mother of pearl and gilt embellishments. The hinged lid opens to a writing surface lacking the leather top that lifts to reveal storage. The front with compartments for writing instruments and other necessities.
Dimensions: 8 1/4" x 10 3/4" x 3" H
Condition: lacking leather/felt surface inside, losses to corners, alligatoring, no key, general wear consistent with age and use.
