Item Description
Andy Smith (American [NC], b. 1951) large studio pottery raku vessel in organically undulating form coming to a dramatically tapered circular foot, displaying richly hued tones in red, orange, and black. The vessel finishes with a subtly domed lid topped with a dark brown branch handle. Maker's mark on underside.
Condition: Displays well with light surface scratches and minor finish wear. The handle has become detached from the lid and has some adhesive residue that does not significantly detract from appearance.
