Note: The removal of this kitchen will require a licensed and insured contractor by the purchaser and at the cost of the purchaser. The contractor will have to provide proof of insurance and appropriate documentation before work is started. BRG will make no exceptions, do not bid if you do not have an available contractor. The kitchen must be removed by June 30th.
This is an exceptionally nice and extensive kitchen with amazing appliances, solid wood cabinets and marble / granite tops. The kitchen is comprised of four parts: The main U shaped configuration, an island, a long 142" bar / serving area with dishwasher and sink and a desk /work area apx. 113".
Important note: The drawing attached to to be used as a reference and exact measurements are not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for a timely removal of the kitchen by a professional.
