Fabulous American Federal style Mahogany mantle clock with pillar and scroll form broken arch pediment, with three brass urns.
The mantle clock stands on four legs with a scalloped apron the cock is framed with two pillars on either side, flanking a hinged door. The lower section of the door with painted decoration on glass depicting a white oval with lovely floral sprays reserved within a gilt finished ground.
Above is a square transparent glass panel. The wood framed door opens to reveal the white face with Roman numerals and gilt decoration to the corners. Made in the second half 20th century
