Classical form with circular dial in off white color with Roman numerals and an hour and minute hand. The clock face has a hinged wood framed, glass paneled door to protect, with brass hinges to access. The central section screwed tight with fantastic figured mahogany panel. The base section with eglomise glass panel with black and gilt finishes that opens to the pendulum. The key comes with a winding mechanism. The top finial with brass globe and eagle having spread wings as finial.
Condition
The central section is slightly off and doesn't lay flush. Needs to be unscrewed to open. The minute hand is slightly bent and working condition is unknown. The brass finial is loose in the top and need to be secured.
