Item Description
An antique chippendale style highboy in an attractive honeyed medium brown cherry displaying a broken-bonnet top with scrolled finials reaching carved floral motifs, flanking a fluted column-like central finial that compliments a fan or shell motif on the top central cabinet. The upper body features a three-over-four arrangement of storage, while the lower body sports four dovetail drawers, finishing over nicely curved bracket legs.
Condition
Displays well with wear commensurate with age including checking/wood splitting to the sides, finish wear, metal tarnishing to the handles and plaques. A chipped loss to the trim of the bonnet at the far left. Please review the pictures as they are a part of the condition report.
