High-performance Adcom GCD-700 five-disc compact disc changer engineered for serious music enthusiasts and designed to complement Adcom’s acclaimed line of separates. Manufactured in Japan in April 1995, this component combines advanced digital processing with premium analog output circuitry for refined audio reproduction.

The GCD-700 features dual 20-bit digital-to-analog converters, Adcom’s all Class A analog output stage, and a 352.8 kHz sampling architecture. Designed for extended listening sessions, the changer accommodates five compact discs with programmable playback, random play, repeat functions, disc skip capability, and direct track access.

Rear panel connections include fixed and variable analog outputs, digital output, and remote-control integration, providing flexibility for both traditional hi-fi and custom-installed audio systems.

A desirable component from Adcom’s golden era and an excellent addition to a vintage audiophile system.
