Item Description
A true delight and conversation piece created by Clara Urbahn, a Nantucket artist, famous for the Boaris the Babbitt chair. Original purchase price over $2000.
The puppet with textured faux fur, plush filled ears, feathers at neck, base and hair, acrylic eyes outlined in corduroy fabric, open mouth with pink velveteen, authentic looking plastic teeth and a prominent 17" horn protruding from the top of the head. The puppet is mounted on an iron pole set into a sequined covered wood base.
Measurements:
63" high, 36" deep with horn, 24" wide at ears, 17 1/2" wide base.
Condition: good condition, noting some unraveling at the top of the pole.
