A set of four equestrian and hunting hand colored engravings by Henry Thomas Alken (English, 1785-1851), published by T. Sutherland. Titles include "Taking the lead in defiance of speed", "Taking the thing easy", "Hark to old danger", and "The pleasure of a view Holla". Portrayed are various scenes with men on horseback along with hunting dogs. Matted behind glass in ebony and gilt wood frames. Framer label affixed verso.
Overall good condition with expected signs of age including light toning and some light wear to frames.
