A lovely late 19th/early 20th century signed watercolor depicting a lovely countryside scene of a small house off of a dirt road nestled between the trees. This charming watercolor exhibits lovely hues of contrasting browns, forest green, sand, and a touch of red. Monogram signed in lower right. Behind glass and mounted in a wooden frame.
Condition: Overall in good condition with expected signs of use, including some toning, fading, and residue marks to the paper, as indicated in photography, which only add to the antique charm.
