Item Description
A great variety of (5) asian style bowls and chargers varying in shape and pattern. Most are marked on underside except the largest charger. They include the following:
(1) square shaped petite dish decorated with birds and a lotus pattern with gold accents. Marked
(1) oblong petite dish with a bonsai tree, lotus & geometric motif and gold accents. Marked.
(1) Otagari Mercantile Company - Japan heptagon paneled punch bowl featuring a dragon and peony motif in blue and white and geometric pattern in primary colors, and with gold accents.
(1) Japan octagon shaped charger with a pair of peacocks in center decorated with a lotus motif in blue and white and accented with gold.
(1) Japanese Imari pattern platter tray featuring a grand peacock surrounded with other peacocks, floral and geometric motif with gold accents and scalloped rim. Painted along underside and base.
Condition: In overall good condition with expected signs of age and wear including along rims and imperfect glazing colors to the heptagon shaped bowl but otherwise in lovely shape.
