Item Description
A great collection of North Carolina studio pottery from Jugtown and Ben Owen. Includes three shallow serving bowls in assorted sizes and shades of orange; a small lidded tureen with stout handles and a conical domed lid; a conical bowl with a raised foot and a recessed rim in speckled forest green with light green-yellow accents; and a bowl with a rolled rim, a deep-set body, and a raised foot in speckled forest green with a dark green-blue interior. All pieces are marked on the undersides.
Condition: Displays well with minor glaze wear and pitting. Light crazing, and spots of glaze loss to some undersides that do not detract from appearance.
