A superb 19th/early 20th century pair of fine glazed Chinese ceramic foo dog figures, glazed in tones of blue and green, with whimsical googly eyes, S-form spiky tails, each spewing ribbons and florals, one whose foot is resting on a ball, the other on a puppy, mounted on flat plinth bases. Beautiful and unusual coloring.
