Fantastic assortment of 19th century telescopic goblets and travel cups. Most come in metal lidded containers, and some come in leather. One container is marked in repousse " Telescopic Goblet for the Vest Pocket; W; Pure White Metal." Two matching cups, one with leather case, expand and feature flipping handles; one cup is etched "GG" above the handle. Two matching cups feature lids depicting figures in a row boat along a mountain range under a crescent moon. Four stacking cups are kept in a leather cylindrical case; the bottom of each cup marked "Germany" and the bottom of the case is marked "made in Germany, DRGM 1053965."
Condition: Pieces display well with expected wear commensurate with age. Surface scratches, tarnishing, light denting and discoloration. Leather wear as seen in pictures. One cup does not have a case, and one is missing its lid.
Dimensions vary across pieces; largest expanded cup measures 2 3/4" H x 2 1/4" Diameter
