Item Description
19th century Chippendale style mahogany drop leaf side table. The top with drop leaves and a heavily carved edge over two short beaded drawers with turned and carved pulls, flanked by floral carved corner pieces. The sides with support arms (one is detached). Raised on cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carved knees supported by fine ball and claw feet.
Condition: With expected signs of use including surface scratching, loss, wear and ring marks to finish, one support arm is detached (included), evidence of past repair and residue to back right leg, nicks and dents consistent with age; none of which detract from the aesthetic of this lovely table.
