Our professional consignment team will send you a formal terms and conditions agreement for consignment. Our simple consignment agreement is easy to fill-out and fully transparent ... all with favorable comission rates. Once you submit the completed agreement, we can really get started.




When we receive the signed contract, we'll send you your personal consignment kit.

You should receive it in about three business days after the kit is sent out by us. This kit includes an instruction card, box, packing supplies (baggies and bubble-wrap), and a pre-paid return shipping label which includes tracking and insurance.




Let’s reduce waste & be green. Please re-use the box to safely send your jewelry & smalls to BRG.



Place your valuables into the provided zip-lock bag(s). Number the bag(s). Use the opposite side of the kit instruction card to briefly itemize what is in each bag.



Wrap the zip-lock bags in the provided bubble wrap. Place the bundle along with this completed card in the box provided. Seal the box and place the provided USPS shipping label on front of the box.



When your consignment kit is ready to send back to BRG, place it in your mailbox or drop-off at your nearest US Post Office. Shipping and insurance costs are all included in the provided USPS shipping label, so there's no cost to you.


BRG does the rest.

From start to finish, you may rest assured that your consignments will be cared for by our professional team who will ensure that your item(s) are offered in the best possible light. Our team will handle everything from cataloging and photography to marketing and online sales and you can watch the progress from your personal BRG Dashboard.




You will be notified by our team upon receipt of your kit. Your box will be opened in our secure facility. Your item(s) will be inventoried to your account and will be ready for further processing by our team.



BRG's team will inspect, authenticate, catalog and research your valuables. We will create a detailed item description, which will be available to all bidders, who trust in our expertise and integrity.



Our professional photographers will shoot your consignments from a variety of angles to ensure that bidders can get a full view of your item(s). The lead photo is what we refer to as the "beauty shot" with subsequent photos working as supporting images. Because of our excellence in photography, we have bidder trust and bidders who bid with confidence.



We will then list your valuable(s) in one of our auctions. Each auctions includes an online catalog complete with detailed descriptions and photography. Auctions are typically open on our site for seven to ten days. The days leading up to the close of the auction should be considered "preview" days -- with very light bidding. The majority of bidding activity will occur in the hours and minutes leading up to the auction close with substantial increases in registered bids.



All our sales are promoted to our vetted bidder base of 25,000+ registered bidders, through third-party listing sites, extensive paid and organic marketing efforts, and personal outreach to key VIP buyers.




You will receive a login to your personal BRG dashboard. You can check the progress of your item(s) as they go through our process (cataloging/research, photography, auction listing, sale). Once your valuables are ready for sale,  you'll be able to see which auction(s) your item(s) is(are) listed in. You will also be able to see the final hammer price(s) on your items.



In other words, get paid.

You will receive your consignment check within 45 days of the close of auction. Checks are cut within the first ten business days in the month following the sale. Payment depends on when your item was sold in the monthly sales cycle. For example, if your item was sold in the earlier part of the month, your would receive your check sometime closer to the 45 day mark. However, if your item was sold in the latter part of the month, you could receive your check in as little as a week.
