PAYMENT: Black Rock Galleries reserves the right to require wire transfer as form of payment on all lots/orders, at its discretion. Additional wire-transfer fees may be required to cover bank fees (see Terms & Conditions). BRG requires registration with a valid credit card to guarantee bids and will hold credit card payment until wire transfer funds are received (if applicable). Once wired funds are received, credit card will be refunded.

SHIPPING: Please visit our FAQ and SHIPPING pages (links in the page footer) for info about BRG Transports, USPS Flat Rate shipping (U.S.A. only) on select smalls (excluding glass and artworks), and third-party shipping options (int'l shipping, shipping of art and/or orders that will not safely fit in a USPS Flat Rate box with appropriate/adequate packing materials). Black Rock Galleries may require winning bidders to complete a THIRD-PARTY RELEASE form with photo identification before releasing orders to third parties.

BIDDING: Please note that this auction is different than our typical online auctions which feature extended bidding (soft close). This is a "live" online auction -- in other words, you may register your max bid and/or bid in "real time" online. THERE IS NO EXTENDED BIDDING. Only one lot will close at a time. BRG's auctioneer will also be accepting bids from other third-party platforms. You may see bids jump significantly once the auctioneer begins calling and accepting bids from all parties. Once the auctioneer hammers the lot, the lot closes and the next item will open for live bidding. Be sure to read and understand our Terms and Conditions for LIVE AUCTIONS before bidding. The auctioneer has final discretion in awarding the lot to the winning bidder.

INVOICING: Because this is a "live" online bidding auction in which Black Rock Galleries also accepts bids from other platforms, processing invoices differs from our normal online automated auctions. As a result, invoicing and allocating lot(s) to winning bidders takes a little longer. Please be assured that we will distribute invoices via email once all data has been verified and uploaded to our system (typically within one business day).:

In addition, all winning bidders must present an ID at the time of pick up and agree to have their photo taken. If you have someone else picking up your item, you will have to fill out a third party release form and the party picking up will have to show ID and have their photo taken.
