Appears to be unsigned; affixed with a sticker label on the verso from Walter Klinkhoff Gallery, Montreal denoting the title and partial "by I/J.V. Morel," perhaps Jan Baptist Morel (Flemish, 1662-1732).
Presented with gilt liner and red finished frame.
