Herend Hungary’s hand-painted porcelain ectangular reticulated basket (model 7389/RO) features the Rothschild Bird (RO) pattern. The handwoven porcelain design showcases an intricately pierced and braided border, creating a delicate openwork effect that exemplifies Herend’s mastery of porcelain craft. At the center, two vividly painted songbirds perch on flowering branches with necklace, surrounded by colorful butterflies rendered in bright hues of yellow, magenta, blue, and orange. The design is executed on a glossy white porcelain ground, framed by a smooth, rectangular inner border that emphasizes the meticulous hand-painting.
