About the Artist:
Henry Koehler was an American artist known for his paintings of traditional equestrian and hunting scenes, reflecting his love of sporting. He studied at Yale where he was the art director of the yearbook and the Yale Literary magazine. His illustrations have appeared in Vogue, Town & country, The New Yorker, and Sports Illustrated. Throughout his life, he held over 70 one man shows, with his artwork celebrated and collected by notable figures including President Kennedy, Prince Charles, and Ralph Lauren.
