A fine pair of Chinese underglaze blue and white porcelain lidded ginger jars on wood stands.
Each potted in ovoid form with wonderfully domed lids. The jars feature quatrefoil shaped reserves decorated with 'Antiques' motif against white ground. Antiques including vases on stands with flowering bouquets, along with bats and other Buddhist motifs. The reserves are on underglaze blue ground with floral sprays and fan and circular form reserves with berries on branches motifs.
Each of the ginger jars are presented upon handsomely carved and finished wood stands.
Both ginger jars bear six character Kangxi, Qing dynasty reign marks within double circles.
18th-19th C., Qing Dynasty.
Provenance: The estate of a lady, Mt. Kisco, NY. Bearing Gracie labels underfoot and additionally to the interiors of the lids.

Good overall, very gentle surface scuffs and areas of slight wear including slight pock marks which are inherent to the firing process and very slight scuffing to the trim of one lids outer lip, but overall the vases are in good condition and present very well.
